Concrete Operative £13.50 - £14.50 Per Hour (£31,500 - £34,000 Per Annum) + Overtime at 1.5x Pay + Training + Progression Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Colchester Do you have experience within a construction, civils, concrete or heavy industry environment? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a construction operative to join the team at their site near Colchester. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing stock levels, quality and health and safety standards. You will be required to work alone and as part of a team, levelling concrete and carrying out heavy lifting tasks when needed.
