Concrete Batching and Mixing Plant SupervisorIpswich£35,000 £45,000 + Overtime + ProgressionNEOS Engineering are recruiting for a Plant Supervisor to join a well-established and growing organisation operating across East Anglia.This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, practical Plant Supervisor who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operation of a busy site rather than sitting behind a desk.You ll be responsible for ensuring plant operations run safely, efficiently and effectively, overseeing production, coordinating deliveries, monitoring quality and getting involved with basic maintenance and repairs when required.The Role: Oversee the day-to-day running of plant operationsManage concrete and mortar productionOperate computerised batching systemsCoordinate with customers, hauliers and internal teamsMonitor production output, quality and stock levelsOrganise incoming and outgoing deliveriesCarry out routine plant inspections and preventative maintenanceComplete basic mechanical repairs and identify potential faultsSupervise contractors, visitors and site personnelMaintain excellent Health and Safety, environmental and housekeeping standardsIdentify operational issues and take ownership of resolving themTravel between company sites across East Anglia when required The Candidate:We re looking for somebody with experience within a plant, manufacturing, production, construction materials or heavy industrial environment.Experience within concrete, mortar, aggregates, ..... full job details .....
