Concierge - Luxury Accommodation

Job Title:-Day Concierge or Night Concierge (2 Separate Roles Available)

Location:-Luxury Residential Development

Salary:28,000 - -30,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are recruiting for TWO separate Concierge roles within a high-end residential development:

1) Day Concierge

2) Night Concierge

Please note: These are separate positions with different working hours. Candidates must specify which role they are applying for.

Shift Details:

Day Concierge:

• Working days
• Week 1: Saturday, Sunday, Monday
• Week 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
• Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm

Night Concierge:

• Working days: Same as above
• Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service
• Act as the main point of contact for residents and visitors
• Manage parcels, deliveries, and general enquiries
• Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
• Monitor the building and report any issues
• Liaise with management and maintenance teams

Candidate Requirements:

• Background in hospitality (e.g. hotels) or residential concierge roles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, well-presented, and reliable
• Able to work independently

Desirable:

• Some experience in night concierge or light security duties (especially for night role)
• Not heavily security-focused background
