Concierge - High End Residential

We are currently seeking an experienced Day Concierge to join a prestigious modern residential development in Chelsea, South West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional and personable front-of-house individual who takes pride in delivering an exceptional resident experience. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the confidence to deal with complaints and emergency situations, and the professionalism required to represent a high-end residential development. As a key representative of the development, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and clients. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming, secure, and well-managed environment while building positive and professional relationships with residents. A friendly and approachable manner, combined with discretion, courtesy, and attention to detail, is essential for this role.
