This role is responsible for authoring, managing, and securing approvals for technical concessions arising from manufacturing non-conformances. Operating under the direction of the Head of Business, you will directly support the shop floor operations team to minimize disruptions. Additionally, you will pivot from reactive non-conformance management to proactive operational excellence by supporting Quality Improvement Projects designed to optimize overall manufacturing performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Concession and Non-Conformance Management ? Investigate and Author: Inspect manufacturing deviations on the A400M wing structure and draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive technical concessions. ? Engineering Liaison: Interface directly with Design and Quality Engineering teams to ensure concessions are reviewed, validated, and approved in a timely manner. ?
