This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of production, where you''ll author and manage technical concessions for manufacturing non-conformances, working closely with the shop floor and engineering teams to keep the assembly line moving. Beyond day-to-day concession management, you''ll have the opportunity to get involved in Quality Improvement Projects, helping to drive root-cause analysis and long-term reductions in the Cost of Non-Quality across the programme. Key Responsibilities Concession & Non-Conformance Management Investigate manufacturing deviations on the A400M wing structure and author clear, accurate, and comprehensive technical concessions. Liaise directly with Design and Quality Engineering teams to ensure concessions are reviewed, validated, and approved in a timely manner.
