Concession Store Manager

for our Arndale Concession Store, based within the NEXT store, in Manchester city centre. Our Concession stores are celebrated for their space, design and partnership with NEXT.Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the store team (c3 supervisors, c5 sales assistants) to deliver the very best customer experience.Create and utilise commercial sales reports and local marketing knowledge to drive footfall and brand awareness.Make effective commercial decisions using current and future trends to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving ATV and KPIs for the store.Uphold and demonstrate brand values in all interactions.To Apply / Qualifications

Ideal candidates come from a Retail Store, Assistant or Deputy Store Manager background where the customer is placed first in everything you do.
