Concession Store Manager position for Mamas and Papas at our Arndale Concession Store, based within the NEXT store in Manchester city centre. We are the UK\''s largest own-brand baby products specialist retailer, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and magical moments for new and expectant parents.Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the Mamas and Papas store team (c3 supervisors, c5 sales assistants) to deliver the very best customer experience.Create and utilise commercial sales reports and local marketing knowledge to drive footfall and brand awareness.Use current and future trends to make effective commercial decisions to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving ATV and KPIs for the store.Uphold and embody brand values in all customer interactions and store operations.Requirements

Experience in a Retail Store, Assistant or Deputy Store Manager role where you prioritise the customer experience and develop your team to go the extra mile in-store.Willingness to take ownership of your store and team, with creative autonomy to influence store performance.Benefits
