Computing Teacher

Teachwise is currently looking for an experienced computing teacher for a mainstream secondary academy based within the Manchester-area.

The role will involve teaching Computing at both KS3 & KS4 and previous experience teaching at both levels is required.

The position is due to begin on 01/09/2026 and will continue on a full-time basis, 5 days per week until the end of the academic year.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to teach Computing up to KS4
• A passion for the subject
• Deliver pupil progress
• Ability to raise standards throughout
• Create and deliver diverse and engaging lessons
• Excellent communication skills
• Good behaviour management strategies
• Hold right to work in the UK
• Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
• Hold PGCE with QTS or equivalent
