Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality Computing lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback to students, ensuring their progress and understanding.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative schemes of work that reflect the schoolandrsquo;s vision and commitment to Computing education.
• Contribute to the wider school community, including participating in extra-curricular activities and school events.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff to promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and excellence.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Computing across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
• Have a proven ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a love of Computing.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusive teaching practices.
• Be passionate about developing the Computing curriculum and contributing to the success of the department.
• Have experience delivering Computing qualifications such as GCSE, A-Level, or equivalent.
• Be local to Chatham, Medway, or willing to commute to the area.
