They are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis. About the Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured Computer Science lessons that inspire and challenge students
• Support students in developing strong coding, programming, and computational thinking skills
• Assess student progress, provide timely and constructive feedback, and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
• Ensure the ICT suite is well-maintained, organised, and fully resourced for effective teaching and learning
• Work collaboratively with colleagues on curriculum planning, resource development, and enrichment activities
• Actively contribute to the broader school community and participate in staff duties and responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Proven experience teaching Computer Science at secondary school level
• In-depth knowledge of the UK Computer Science curriculum
• A dynamic, hands-on, and engaging teaching approach
• Strong classroom management and effective communication skills
• Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
