Temporary Computer Science Lecturer - Further Education College Location: Greater Manchester Start Date: ASAP Contract: Temporary, Full-Time Hours: 36 hours per week Pay Rate: 30- 40 per hour About the Role Eden Brown are seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and dedicated Computer Science Lecturer to join a Further Education College in Greater Manchester on a temporary, full-time basis, starting as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lecturer or an industry professional with a passion for education to support students in developing their knowledge, technical skills, and understanding of Computer Science and IT. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Computer Science lessons to FE students. Teach relevant Computer Science and IT topics in line with the curriculum. Prepare learning materials, assignments, and assessments. Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support achievement. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and student performance. Promote an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning environment. Support students in developing the practical and theoretical skills required for further study and employment. Requirements A degree or relevant qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related subject. Previous teaching or lecturing experience within Further Education is desirable.
