Responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing a variety of IT devices at both system and component level.

Supporting other departments when required, contributing to the wider success of the operation.

Updating internal systems in line with processes and quality standards.

Embracing ongoing training, new technologies, and continuous improvement.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in electronics repair or a technical maintenance environment.

Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair techniques.

Accreditations with Tier 1 vendors (e.g. HP, Lenovo, Dell) would be a strong advantage.

The ability to identify and resolve faults efficiently and effectively.

A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to learn and grow.

Security clearance (or the willingness to apply for it).
