6 month initial, Inside IR35 Immediate start Flexible Hybrid - London, Bristol, EdinburghWe''re looking for an experienced Compute andamp; Storage Solution Architect to support a major infrastructure transformation and modernisation programme for a leading global organisation. The role will focus on designing and shaping the future of the organisation''s on-premise compute and storage environment, working closely with engineering teams to turn architecture into delivery.Key responsibilities:Develop High Level Designs, reference architectures, standards and technical roadmaps.Design enterprise compute, storage, virtualisation and hyperconverged infrastructure solutions.Provide architectural expertise across Nutanix AHV, Prism Central and Dell enterprise storage.Design highly available, resilient and recoverable infrastructure, including backup, DR and cyber resilience.Support OpenShift/Kubernetes and hybrid cloud infrastructure architectures.Identify opportunities for automation, Infrastructure as Code and platform optimisation.Key skills andamp; experience:Strong Nutanix experience, ideally including AHV and Prism Central.Enterprise Dell Storage experience - PowerStore, PowerScale, PowerMax or ECS.Strong understanding of compute, virtualisation, HCI and enterprise infrastructure.Experience across DR, backup, resilience and high-availability architectures.Knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes and hybrid cloud environments.Experience within large, complex or highly regulated ..... full job details .....
