Composites Production Coordinator

Our client, a leading organisation in the aerospace and space technology sector, is seeking a Composites Production Coordinator for a permanent position. The role will coordinate production throughput across a composite manufacturing facility, ensuring work is prioritised and completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme, quality and delivery requirements. Working closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Assembly, Integration and Test, Supply Chain and Quality Assurance teams, the Composites Production Coordinator will maintain visibility of capacity, materials, priorities and production constraints while supporting the delivery of conforming spacecraft hardware.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily composite production activities, priorities and workflow to achieve build plans and delivery milestonesMaintain production schedules and visual controls, tracking work orders, capacity, work in progress and completion statusConfirm the availability of materials, tooling, documentation, facilities and trained resources before production beginsIdentify bottlenecks, shortages and quality or technical constraints, escalating issues and coordinating recovery actions with relevant teamsProvide accurate production updates, forecasts and performance information to programme stakeholders and support planning reviewsDrive efficient throughput and continuous improvement while maintaining quality, configuration, traceability, safety and contamination-control ..... full job details .....
