Due to continued growth and project demand, they are looking to bring in experienced Composite Technicians on either a contract or permanent basis. The Role You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of composite component production, working within a skilled and fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include: Laminating composite components using prepreg and/or wet lay-up techniques Vacuum bagging and preparing parts for autoclave curing Trimming, fettling, and finishing components to tight tolerances Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and lay-up manuals Carrying out quality checks to ensure high-performance standards are met Working across a variety of complex and bespoke projects What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Composite Technician / Laminator / Trimm...
