Due to increased project demand, they are looking for an experienced Composite Technician to join their expanding team on a contract basis at their Rotherham facility.Job Description As a Composite Technician, your main responsibilities are: Manufacture RTM panels and composite components in line with approved manufacturing instructions and specifications.Carry out composite lay-up, mould preparation, resin injection, and finishing activities.Prepare materials, tooling, and equipment for both production and development activities.Complete and maintain accurate production, quality, and traceability records.Monitor manufacturing processes and report any defects, deviations, or equipment issues.Support material, tooling, and process development trials while maintaining a safe and organised working environment. Qualifications / Skills Needed Previous experience within a composite manufacturing environment.Experience of RTM, composite lay-up, mould preparation, or similar composite production processes.Ability to work from detailed manufacturing instructions and process specifications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.Experience completing production documentation ..... full job details .....
