Your responsibilities will include laminating, vacuum bagging, mould preparation, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities Manufacture composite laminated components following laminate schedules, technical drawings, and work instructions.Perform laminating, vacuum bagging, and mould preparation activities to a high standard.Prepare, maintain, and repair moulds as required.Operate autoclaves and adhere to established production processes and procedures.Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.Maintain a safe working environment, complying with all health, safety, and quality standards.Support other production activities and departments as needed.Identify potential issues and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
