This includes performing work as well as being responsible for personnel in the Shop and the quality and efficiency of work produced. Key responsibilities To establish and promote a safe working environment and culture, conducive to good and efficient workshop maintenance practices. To ensure staff in the Composite Shop are tasked and supported to perform work in accordance with airworthiness practices. To ensure the appropriate staff resource is available, developed and, if necessary, disciplined as appropriate.
