You will develop and review FEA models, technical reports, and design documentation, and approve work packages and drawings.The Role:So, what will you be doing as a Composite Structures Engineer?Lead and coordinate engineering activities, applying technical expertise and sound judgement to deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.Mentor and share expertise with engineering teams to build capability.Promote cross-functional collaboration and ensure compliance with relevant processes and standards.Engage with partners and stakeholders to develop joint technical approaches, support business development, and represent the team in forums and customer meetings.Ensure safe project delivery, identifying hazards and providing options to reduce risk to as low as reasonably practicable.Apply governance consistently across technical programmes and act as a peer or independent reviewer where appropriate.What are we looking for in our next Composite Structures ..... full job details .....
