The role will support the Quality Control - Composites department by inspecting composite components, verifying manufacturing standards and helping ensure parts are released accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and sign off composite components at staged and final inspection points. Carry out in-process checks to confirm parts meet engineering drawings, ply books, technical specifications and manufacturing requirements. Inspect components prepared for bonding, including water break and R/A testing where required. Operate the DSC machine, record test results and maintain accurate inspection documentation. Check material and treatment documentation against route operations and technical specifications. Update relevant records and systems, including Dynamics 365, before releasing work to the next operation.
