Location: BrackleySchedule: Permanent Monday to Thursday, 16:30-02:30 and Monday to Friday (Apply online only)Salary: 35,360 per annum + 20% shift allowance for late shiftSector: Engineering and Manufacturing (Automotive and Formula One) The OpportunityOur client who are a leading manufacturing company working with luxury automotive and Formula One clients are expanding their Laminating Team. As part of the Laminating Team, you''ll be involved in crafting high-precision carbon fibre components. This is a hands-on, high-standard role in a cutting-edge production environment and is open to experienced carbon fibre laminators only as this is not a trainee role. Key ResponsibilitiesLaminating carbon fibre parts (bumpers, bonnets, doors, quarter panels, windshield surrounds)Following technical drawings and specificationsEnsuring compliance with route card instructionsContributing to process improvement and efficiencyCollaborating with internal teamsMaintaining equipment and workstations About YouYou should have: Experience in Automotive or Motorsport sectorsAbility to read and work from engineering drawingsExperience with IATF 16949:2016 quality standardsFamiliarity with pre-preg and autoclave laminating processesExcellent attention to detailGood communication, time management, and organisation skills What''s on Offer4-day working week (Mon-Thu), Late Shift + overtime31 days holiday (including bank holidays)Company pension schemePrivate healthcareChristmas shutdownFree onsite ..... full job details .....
