You will be working on cutting-edge components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Lay-up of pre-preg carbon fibre components to tight tolerances Work from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals Trim, bag, and prepare parts for autoclave curing Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet exacting standards Maintain a clean and safe working environment Collaborate with engineers and team leads to meet production targets Requirements: Proven experience as a laminator in F1, motorsport, or aerospace Strong understanding of composite materials and lay-up techniques Ability to work night shifts and weekend days consistently Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude Benefits: Competitive hourly rate Long-term, stable contract Opportunity to work o...
