Cut and prepare reinforcement and core materials for composite manufacture Carry out secondary bonding activities and structural component installation Apply gelcoat using brush and spray techniques Undertake wet lamination processes, including resin mixing, fibre lay-up and consolidation Repair and finish gelcoat surfaces where required Interpret laminate drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production Support finishing and production teams through effective preparation of components Trim, grind and prepare demoulded components for further assembly Job Requirements: The successful candidate will possess: Previous experience within a composites manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of wet lamination and secondary bonding processes Experience working with GRP materials and composite structures Ability to interpret engineering drawings and production documentation Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Strong communication...
