This is an excellent opportunity to work within a quality-driven production environment, supporting the manufacture of high-performance composite components using industry-standard processes and equipment. Key Responsibilities Prepare tooling for composite manufacturing, including cleaning tools and applying release agents. Carry out material kitting and lay-up activities, ensuring the correct build sequence, orientation, and specification requirements are met. Cut composite materials and prepare kits for production builds. Apply knowledge of warp and weft orientation during lay-up processes. Perform vacuum bagging operations and manufacture breather bag material kits. Operate autoclaves, ovens, vacuum pumps, and associated equipment in line with approved engineering methods and processes.
