The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with composite materials (fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar, etc.) and a strong understanding of yacht manufacturing processes, ensuring precision, safety, and durability in all laminating tasks.Key Responsibilities:Prepare composite materials (fiberglass, carbon fiber, resins, cores) according to specifications.Lay up and laminate composite structures, ensuring accurate alignment, layering, and resin application.Operate vacuum bagging, infusion, and wet lay-up processes for yacht components.Trim, finish, and inspect composite panels, decks, hulls, and other yacht parts for quality and adherence to engineering drawings.Monitor curing processes, ensuring optimal temperature, pressure, and time for each laminate.Identify defects or delamination issues and perform repairs as needed.Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to optimize laminate performan...
