      <description>Location: Nuneaton | Salary: 33396.00-33396.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Composite Laminator Location: Nuneaton Hours: Double day shifts, 37 hours per week Salary: 33,396 per annum Job Type: Permanent Purpose We are looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join a busy Composites Department, manufacturing visual carbon components for automotive, aerospace, defence and marine customers. The successful candidates will be experienced with pre-preg materials, vacuum bagging and autoclave curing. Responsibilities  Laminate parts and tooling across a broad range of products. Work with pre-preg carbon and glass materials. Check drawings and route card instructions before starting work. Inspect patterns and moulds prior to use and report any defects. Carry out breakout of parts following the curing process and identify defects. Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency. Maintain equipment and ensure it is kept in good working order. Ensure the department and work area are kept clean and tidy. Complete work to required timescales and quality standards. Follow all procedures, work instructions and manuals.  Skills and Experience  Previous experience with pre-preg autoclave processes.
