Rate: -30 - -35 per hour
Shifts: Days, Nights, Weekends available

About the Role We are looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join a high-profile motorsport project. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, world-class environment, producing components to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities

• Laminating carbon fibre pre-preg components to engineering drawings and lay-up manuals.
  
  
• Carrying out vacuum bagging, debulking, and autoclave curing processes.
  
  
• Producing both structural and non-structural composite parts.
  
  
• Working to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.
  
  
• Following strict health, safety, and FOD prevention practices.
  
  
• Collaborating with the wider composites team to ensure project delivery.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Composite Laminator in motorsport, F1,-or other high-performance industries.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of pre-preg laminating techniques.
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and lay-up manuals.
  
  
• Flexible to work across days, nights, and weekends.
  
  
• Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively under pressure.
