Successful candidates will play a key role in producing high-quality composite parts to exacting industry standards.Job Description As a Composite Laminator, your main responsibilities are: Manufacture and lay up advanced composite components using pre-preg carbon fibre materials.Work from engineering drawings, ply books, and manufacturing instructions to ensure accurate component production.Carry out vacuum bagging activities in preparation for cure cycles.Support autoclave processing and composite manufacturing operations.Ensure all components meet strict quality, performance, and appearance standards.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.Work collaboratively with manufacturing teams to meet programme delivery targets.
