This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, composites, aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering experience who enjoy hands-on work and producing high-quality components. Working as part of an established production team, you will be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of composite components using specialist materials, adhesives, hand tools, and mechanical fastening techniques. Key Responsibilities Prepare mould tools and equipment prior to manufacture. Cut, lay up and process specialist composite materials. Load and operate curing equipment, presses and associated machinery. Perform component assembly using adhesives and mechanical fasteners. Carry out finishing operations including linishing, countersinking and hand-tool work. Maintain excellent housekeeping and health and safety standards.
