• Working on fire and legionella risk assessments
• Overseeing the performance of the contractors
• Covering the big 6 in property compliance-

Compliance Technical Surveyor-qualifications / experience:

• Minimum 3 years'' experience working in social housing-
• NEBOSH fire or general/IOSH-
• HNC/HND
• Knowledge of big 6 in property compliance

• 6 month fixed term contract-
• -55,105 annually
• Mileage covered
• -7k car allowance
