Compliance Surveyor

We are working with a provider of social housing who are looking for a Compliance Surveyor to join the team and play a key role in delivering fire safety, water hygiene and wider non-MandE compliance programmes, Working closely with colleagues across the wider Compliance Team, you''ll support the delivery of key compliance programmes, helping the organisation meet their legal and regulatory obligations while maintaining high standards of customer safety and service. You''ll help oversee key fire safety activities, including the delivery of fire risk assessment programmes and related improvement works, ensuring risks are effectively managed and compliance standards are maintained. Recruitment level informationDue to current business requirements of the organisation, we are recruiting exclusively at Compliance Project Surveyor Levels 2 and 3 for this vacancy. Applications will be considered from candidates who can demonstrate that they meet the requirements of the Level 2 or Level 3 person below What we''re looking for: Level 2A minimum of HNC (Level 4) in Construction, Building Surveying or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.Experience in compliance, maintenance or construction management, ideally within a social housing environment.Knowledge and some experience of managing contracts within budgetary constraints, together with experience of contract supervision and monitoring contractor performance.A working knowledge of health and safety legislation, ..... full job details .....
