As an organisation they are taking the necessary steps to ensure that they address all the requirements of legislation, including the Building Safety Act and Fire Safety Act as well as emerging themes from the Social Housing Regulation Bill. They also need to ensure their ongoing compliance with the Big 6 Health and Safety categories (Asbestos, Legionella, Gas, Lifts, Fire and Electrical).
