Document findings and escalate matters as necessary. Gather and analyse trade data to respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies. Communicate surveillance findings to management clearly and concisely. Support the compliance group in evaluating surveillance results for potential issues. Handle inquiries from internal partners, including assurance and audit teams. Conduct data entry and manage telephone hotlines as needed.
