Compliance surveillance analyst

We are working with a global financial organisation to recruit multiple compliance surveillance analysts to work on the surveillance team responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight for a suite of surveillances designed to detect behaviours that may violate regulatory rules or internal policies and procedures. These roles will be for 12 months with a possibility of extension or permanent positions. Key ResponsibilitiesThe role will be part of the project team, and you will be responsible for: Reviewing and investigating trading alerts for firm, employees, and clients Documenting findings clearly and escalating issues when needed Analysing trade data and support responses to regulators Communicating results to management and working with compliance, legal, and audit teams Handling general tasks like enquiries, hotlines, data entry, and following compliance rulesTo be successful in this role, you will be expected to possess the following skills/experience:Previous relevant experience preferredSome knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptiveDemonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organizationStrong project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one timeProficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)This ..... full job details .....
