Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the review and analysis of surveillance alerts related to firm, employee, and client trading activities. Documenting the review and disposition of exceptions while escalating matters appropriately. Gathering and analysing trade data to support responses to inquiries from governmental and regulatory bodies. Communicating surveillance findings to management clearly and concisely. Collaborating with various internal partners, including Assurance, Internal Audit, and Legal. Handling hotline inquiries and performing data entry as needed. Assessing risk with every business decision to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
