Compliance Supervisor - FM Service Provider - Essex / London - Up to 55,000An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Supervisor to join an established Facilities Management service provider. The successful candidate will be based out of the client''s office in Essex and will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining compliance across a commercial building or portfolio of properties, ensuring that all maintenance activities, contractor works and statutory obligations are carried out in accordance with current legislation, health and safety regulations, company policies and client requirements. The role will focus heavily on the management and review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Permit to Work systems, compliance audits, statutory documentation and contractor management, ensuring that all activities are undertaken safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. The Compliance Supervisor will work closely with the Engineering Management Team, site engineers, contractors and client representatives to ensure compliance standards are consistently maintained.Hours of workMonday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pmKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview, assess and approve contractor RAMS prior to works commencingEnsure all RAMS are site-specific, accurate and appropriate for the activities being undertakenIdentify potential risks and ensure suitable control measures are implementedChallenge and reject inadequate RAMS, ensuring appropriate ..... full job details .....
