The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the compliance oversight plan which is an agreed set of reviews of the Society''s compliance with a range of applicable FCA and PRA regulations whilst also keeping in mind UK GDPR. Key Responsibilities:Develop the annual regulatory compliance assurance planDeveloping focused, proportionate and efficient compliance monitoring report scopesDeliver effective compliance monitoring reportsEffective follow up of recommendationsProvide advice and guidance to the business in developing processes and procedures to ensure the Society is compliant with all regulatory, legal, statutory and professional duties.What we''re looking for:Experience working in a compliance function in the financial services sector.In-depth knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and compliance standards.Good stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Attention to detail and analytical mindset.Previous experience in regulatory roles holding certified status ..... full job details .....
