We are actively looking for a Site Compliance Manager to join a housing association in Birmingham area on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for compliance, fire remedials and building maintenance across the organisation as a whole. In return you will receive 25 days annual leave, great working environment and group funded health cash plan.
As the Site Compliance Manager, you will be:
- Ensuring that all compliance is up to date and adhere to in accordance to current legislation
- Ensuring high quality day to day performance of all services, providing support, guidance and motivation to maximise performance for everyone in the business
- Managing all maintenance involving the big 6 focusing on fire
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience working with the big 6 of compliance
- Social housing / public sector experience
- NEOBSH/IOSH
- Experience with repairs and maintenance
