Compliance Regulatory Reporting Manager

Your new company A leading and growing financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Compliance Regulatory Reporting Manager to join its established Compliance team. Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, you will play a key role in ensuring the business maintains a strong compliance framework whilst meeting its ongoing regulatory obligations within a highly regulated environment. Your new role This is a broad and varied compliance position combining regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, governance and regulatory advisory responsibilities. You will take ownership of supporting regulatory submissions, validating reporting data and ensuring appropriate controls, documentation and audit trails are in place to support regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting and coordinating FCA regulatory reporting and submissions. Validating, reviewing and challenging regulatory data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Working closely with Finance, Risk, Operations and Data teams to gather and assess information. Delivering second-line compliance monitoring, assurance and control testing activities. Undertaking thematic reviews, compliance risk assessments and root cause analysis. Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing the impact on the business. Producing compliance MI, governance reporting and committee papers.
