The Role Manage property compliance across a residential portfolio Coordinate inspections, certifications, and remedial works Monitor key requirements including gas safety, EICRs, HMO licensing, fire safety, and alarms Maintain accurate records and compliance reporting Work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and Property Managers Proactively identify risks and ensure deadlines are met About You Experience in property management, compliance, or a similar administrative role Strong knowledge of Scottish property legislation and compliance requirements Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders Proficient with property management systems such as SME and Fixflo Full UK driving licence required Desirable Residential lettings or property management experience HMO compliance knowledge ARLA Propertymark and/or Letwell qualification ..... full job details .....
