We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our Fire Safety Team within Property Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping us maintain the safety and compliance of our homes and buildings. About the Team Our Fire Safety Team is responsible for managing and coordinating NCHA''s fire safety compliance programmes, including: Fire Risk Assessments Fire Door Inspections Servicing and repairs of fire safety systems Fire safety maintenance programmes Other regulatory compliance activities As Compliance Coordinator, you will support the smooth planning and scheduling of compliance works, ensuring contractors, colleagues and customers receive a professional and efficient service. What You''ll Be Doing Planning and coordinating fire safety inspections, servicing and repair works. Raising and managing work orders through various IT systems. Liaising with contractors, customers and internal teams to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales. Providing updates on appointments, programmed works and service delivery.
