Compliance OperativeSalary: 25,000 - 27,000 (dependent on experience) Location: SwindonBenefitsComprehensive on-the-job training, with internal and external development opportunities.Health and safety training provided.Specialist BESA Grease Hygiene Technician training.Opportunity to join an established company with over 40 years of industry experience.Career development within a growing compliance and environmental hygiene business.DutiesCarry out ventilation cleaning, water tank cleaning, coating and refurbishment, and kitchen extract fire safety cleaning.Ensure all cleaning contracts are completed on time and to the required quality standards and customer specifications.Follow company health and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE and safe handling and storage of chemicals.Maintain a clean, safe and secure working environment, ensuring all equipment is kept in good working condition.Represent the company professionally on customer sites and deliver excellent customer service.Assist with the training of new team members and temporary staff where required.Comply with company policies, environmental procedures and relevant health and safety regulations.Report any equipment damage, safety concerns or issues affecting job completion to the supervisor.RequirementsA strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.Good attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.A responsible approach to health and safety, with the ability to follow ..... full job details .....
