Compliance Officer

Audit and Compliance Officer Our client is looking for a Compliance and Audit Officer to join their friendly and vibrant team You will play a leading role within the quality and compliance team in a fast-paced environment. This includes the maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 and other relevant accreditations - and working towards 27001:2013. Internal auditing and facilitation of external audits. Job Description Performing and documenting internal departmental and ISO audits Organising ISO management meetings including taking meeting minutes. Supporting Head of Compliance and Operations with reporting to Senior Management to ensure compliance of requirements of ISO 14001 and 9001 standards. Helping to create and update Company Policies relevant to the department including implementing new Policies. Performing, improving, and documenting GDPR audits Supporting Head of Compliance and Operations with completion of Environmental and Regula-tory reporting. Business Continuity plan management, including disaster recovery testing. Implementing Company Compliance training including ISO and GDPR Assisting Supplier annual reviews and due diligence activities Desired Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience Ability to work both in a team environment and independently on projects. Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to use sound judgment including maintaining confidentiality.
