Compliance Officer

The Supply Register are recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join their Further Education division. Under the leadership of the Further Education Compliance Manager, you will be part of the wider compliance team and will support the team in guiding candidates through the full onboarding and compliance process, whilst maintaining the highest regulatory standards. Role and Responsibilities: Guide all candidates through all pre-employment checks, including DBS checks, referencing and right to work checks. Work with the resourcing executive and wider partnership team to provide an excellent overall candidate journey Effectively manage a high volume of candidate files, often with strict deadlines Identify compliance gaps and support with corrective actions Stay up to date with changes in legislation such as KCSiE and APSCo Escalate compliance concerns and/or breaches to the Head of Quality and Compliance Work collaboratively with the wider compliance team to prepare for external audits Accurately update internal CRM system with compliance information ..... full job details .....
