Our vision is to transform recruitment in the changing world of education and our mission is to become the sector''s most trusted education recruitment company.The Supply Register are recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join their Further Education division.Under the leadership of the Further Education Compliance Manager, you will be part of the wider compliance team and will support the team in guiding candidates through the full onboarding and compliance process, whilst maintaining the highest regulatory standards.Role and Responsibilities: Guide all candidates through all pre-employment checks, including DBS checks, referencing and right to work checks.Work with the resourcing executive and wider partnership team to provide an excellent overall candidate journeyEffectively manage a high volume of candidate files, often with strict deadlinesIdentify compliance gaps and support with corrective actionsStay up to date with changes in legislation such as KCSiE and APSCoEscalate compliance concerns and/or breaches to the Head of Quality and ComplianceWork collaboratively with the wider compliance team to prepare for external auditsAccurately update internal CRM system with compliance informationConsistently aim ..... full job details .....
