Compliance Officer

Make a Real Difference to Resident Safety and WellbeingWe''re looking for a proactive and organised Compliance Officer to join a customer-led Property Services team. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring homes remain safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.You''ll coordinate statutory compliance programmes across gas, fire, electrical, water safety, asbestos, lifts and EPCs, while managing contractors, maintaining compliance records, and ensuring all remedial actions are completed on time.You''ll also play a key role in delivering compliance with Awaab''s Law, managing Damp, Condensation and Mould cases, supporting void properties, and helping our client achieve 100% health and safety compliance across their housing stock.What we''re looking for:Strong compliance, property or housing experienceShared values and a values led ethosA customer-focused approach with a passion for resident safetyAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate compliance recordsIf you''re detail-oriented, thrive in a busy environment, and want to make a genuine impact on residents'' lives, we''d be very eager to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
