Working alongside the COLP and senior leadership team, you''ll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal risk and supporting best practice across the firm.The RoleThis is a varied compliance position supporting the firm''s legal and regulatory obligations across multiple departments.You''ll be responsible for:Supporting the COLP with compliance and risk managementManaging complaints, claims and professional indemnity notificationsCarrying out compliance checks, due diligence and regulatory searchesMaintaining risk registers and compliance recordsAssisting with internal file audits and quality reviewsMonitoring regulatory changes, SRA guidance and legal compliance updatesWorking with senior stakeholders to improve compliance processes and reduce riskPromoting best practice across the businessAbout YouYou''ll ideally have experience in legal compliance, risk or litigation and be confident working in a regulated legal environment.You''ll have:Experience in a Legal Compliance, Risk and Compliance or Compliance Officer roleAround 4 years'' litigation experienceGood knowledge of SRA regulations and legal ..... full job details .....
