Compliance Officer - FMCGDay shifts (7:00am-3:00pm) or late shifts (3:00pm-11:00pm) are available for this role, with a shift allowance paid for the late shift pattern.Job Overview:We are seeking a diligent and organized Compliance Officer to ensure our manufacturing processes meet all relevant regulatory and quality standards. This role plays a key part in supporting external audits, ensuring product traceability throughout the supply chain, and maintaining accurate records for regulatory compliance across all stages of production- from raw material intake to finished goods dispatch.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update compliance documentation and records in alignment with industry requirements/regulations (e.g., BRCGS, Customer Technical audits).Prepare for and support external audits (regulatory, customer, and certification bodies), including collating and presenting relevant data and records.Develop and oversee robust product traceability systems, ensuring seamless tracking from raw materials through production, packaging, warehousing, and dispatch.Work closely with procurement, production, QA, and logistics teams to maintain full compliance across operational functions.Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.Identify and escalate non-compliance issues; work with stakeholders to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.Ensure documentation procedures are followed correctly throughout the ..... full job details .....
