The postholder will maintain oversight of corrective actions arising from audits, inspections, incidents and investigations, ensuring actions are progressed and completed within agreed timescales. To assist the Lead Resilience Officer in analysing performance trends, identifying emerging risks and areas of non-compliance and preparing reports to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
